5 kids’ brands we predict will be BIG in 2018

  1. Peter Rabbit

First came the books from Beatrix Potter, then came the popular television adaption and next, Peter Rabbit, which has been reimagined for a new generation, shall hop on to the big screen. This completely fresh take on the cherished rabbit is coming to a cinema near you in February and has been voiced by James Corden. It’s sure to be a comical hit with the whole family; an element of nostalgia will attract those who grew up reading the tales and in a brand-new funny format it’ll also delight the littluns.

  1. Jurassic World

Following the box office success in 2016, the latest instalment of this much-loved phenomenon is on its way in June 2018 and there is no doubt that Fallen Kingdom will have just as much success as its predecessors. With the fan base continuing to grow and celebrations for the brand’s 25th anniversary underway, Jurassic World is set for a year as mighty as the dinosaurs themselves.

  1. Vampirina

Debuting in October of last year, this new preschool TV series is based on the Vampirina Ballerina series of books written by Anne Marie Pace. Having gathered momentum within only a few months, we predict that 2018 holds great things in store for this new kids’ brand favourite.

  1. The Incredibles

The hugely anticipated sequel to the Incredibles original movie is finally set for release in June of this year. Believe it or not it has been 14 years since the first film debuted and this new movie is guaranteed to be just as big a hit at the box office. Set to totally revive the brand, we suspect it will be loved by old and new fans alike.

  1. Trolls

Following the popularity of the Trolls colourful cinematic film in 2016 and the fabulous Holiday special which debuted in November 2017, Trolls has now danced its way into a TV series: The Beat Goes On! Airing exclusively on Netflix in 2018, this already epic kids brand is sure to only continue its hair-raising success.
